Was promised a service done to my car & they would accommodate me with pick up/drop off since I had been given the runaround for over a year. Pick up was late & the service manager had an obvious attitude when he arrived as he didn’t even speak. No hey, bye, how are you, just complete silence. My car should’ve been back to me by 12pm, but I see my car still sitting outside of Honda at 4pm so I decided to stop by & demand answers as I wasn’t given the courtesy of a call stating it was done hours ago or stating that they may have been running behind. All I get is a “I dropped the ball, but our accommodation to you was pick up & drop off”. Those ‘accommodations’ were obviously botched & I might as well make arrangements to get my car home myself. In no way did they try to make it right without saying they would still drop my car off (after I’m already there & made other arrangements to have my car taken home). Even under new management, there services are still horrible. 0/10 do NOT recommend Shelby Honda for car purchases or services needed. You’re better off going to the Gastonia dealership.

I had such a positive experience buying a car at Renaldo Honda! All the staff were incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. A special shout-out to Matt Delashmit in the Internet Department. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend Matt and the wonderful team at Renaldo Honda!

Horrible, selling cars saying they inspected them and
Horrible, selling cars saying they inspected them and they not. Sold car without working horn about had a head on collision if it want for that i would still be riding in a car with an update ls inspection off the lot but the horn didn’t work had to take my tint off that I just paid for, for them not to want to give me $ back for tint bc they lied and said the car had been inspected and it hadn’t. Which makes the sell of the car illegal! Never buy a car from RENALDO HONDA OF SHELBY, NC

Horrible. DON’T RECOMMEND, sold a car that hadn’t been inspected but said it was. Wouldn’t reimburse my money for my tint because they sold a car that hadn’t a current inspection, didn’t notice until I was almost in a head on crash and tried to blow horn and it didn’t work! I recommend going to a buy here pay here before purchasing from RENALDO HONDA OF SHELBY it has been nothing but trouble since I bout the car, If you do check everything because they just sliding them cars through to get that commission.
