Thaddeus in the service area was very kind and helpful. I had issues the last time we came with getting an oil change done and our warranty which made me feel uneasy about coming back. However, Thaddeus didn’t even question it and when I mentioned our warranty he called them and checked on things for me. I am very happy and satisfied once again with Ford.

Great people, specially Ricardo in service, very helpful with people like him, great job in his ability to communicate with people and very helpful when dealing with people! I had no idea what I needed and he helped understand what I needed. You should have more people like him, very nice 👍 and helpful! Knows what needs to fix any problem!

They have deceptive pricing with additional fees added to their prices. The fees that they are making up are a couple of thousand dollars over the true tax, title, and license fees. They tried to say that the additional fees went to the state. Thus is a lie. The additional fees above TT&L are just extra cash in the dealer's pocket. I called the sales manager because I knew that the salesman was being dishonest. More dishonesty.

Douglas with the service department is the true example of customer service! The way he goes above and beyond for his customers tells you the level of concern he has for each one of us. While my car was in his care he constantly kept us in the loop about what was going on and making sure we knew that everything was being taken care of. On December 15, 2025 - Received excellent customer service and experiences, dedicated and timely manner in servicing my 2018 Ford Escape by my Doggett Ford Service Advisor, Brandon Bailey. Also, excellent Doggett Ford courtesy valet service in a timely manner by their driver, Carolyn Carranza whom pickup my car from my home at 8:00 am to deliver to the Service Dept. and after the repairs, returned my car back to my home by 3:00 pm.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Russell & Smith dealership. We originally went in just to get my husband’s window fixed on his 2021 Explorer and had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. Luckily, we got connected with Jacob Lapolla—and when I say he gave us a great experience, I mean it! He was so helpful, transparent, and honest throughout the process. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a 2025 Ford F-150 and couldn’t be happier. Jacob went above and beyond by making sure the truck was filled with gas and freshly washed before we left. Our finance manager, Mia, was also wonderful. She was straightforward, kind, and worked hard to ensure we received the best deal possible. We are extremely happy with our experience and would definitely recommend both Jacob and Mia to our friends and family!

BEWARE of Up Sales I wrote a review about their up sales that they obviously did not' like, it was removed. My 2022 F350 was towed in when it would not start. I know vehicles and they said it was a service they do for those customer that don't have the knowledge I have. I asked they show me in the Ford manual where it says the vehicle needed a list of items checked like A/C service, throttle body cleaning, wiper blades, two batteries, etc. The blades are good and about a year old. Those unsuspecting will pay for unneeded work and parts. Their rely made my point for me hers a copy copy of the dealer reply "Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad we were able to resolve the no-start issue, we’re genuinely disappointed to hear that our service recommendations came across as excessive or unnecessary. Please know that the items we suggest — such as wiper blades, cabin filters, A/C service, and fuel system cleaning — are part of preventative maintenance designed to help keep your vehicle running like new and avoid costly repairs down the road. These recommendations are not made because something is “broken,” but rather to help extend the life and performance of your vehicle. We absolutely understand that, as a former Ford technician, you have the skills and knowledge to perform many of these services yourself — and we respect that! Most of our customers rely on us to guide them through proper maintenance, and our goal is always to inform, not pressure. We truly appreciate your insight and will continue working to improve how we communicate service recommendations, especially for customers with your level of expertise.
