The absolute best experience buying a new vehicle.

The absolute best experience buying a new vehicle. Jose was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Being 4 hours away he was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted in practically no time. From the time I got to the dealership and left with my new vehicle the time spent was maybe 2 hours. I will definitely be a returning customer for my next purchase!!!!

This was actually my second purchase from this location!

This was actually my second purchase from this location! Originally it was Russell and Smith and I had an awesome experience. Upon going back it had changed to Doggett and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’m here to tell you my salesman Jose gave me the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend Doggett and Jose to anyone!!

I purchased a Ford Bronco from Doggett Ford South Loop

I purchased a Ford Bronco from Doggett Ford South Loop and chose to finance through the dealership and purchase an extended warranty. My salesperson, Samuel Hoehne, even delivered the vehicle to my home, and I paid for an Uber to return him to the dealership. Given that level of involvement, I expected honest and professional business practices. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The vehicle was delivered at night, which limited visibility during the walk-around. As I backed into my driveway, I noticed the front camera was not functioning properly—the image appeared obstructed. Upon inspection, I discovered the front camera was completely shattered. I immediately contacted Samuel. He ignored my messages for hours, and when he finally responded, he blamed me, implying I must have damaged the camera myself and stating there was nothing that could be done. This was shocking, considering the vehicle had been in my possession less than 48 hours and never left my driveway after delivery. I went directly to the dealership and spoke with a sales manager, Louis, who examined the damage. Instead of taking responsibility or acknowledging that the vehicle was delivered in that condition, he speculated about scenarios in which I could have caused the damage—despite being clearly informed that their employee delivered the vehicle to my home. Louis stated he would follow up with a solution. I am still waiting on that call. Throughout the purchase, the dealership also added numerous fees, including charging a premium for the vehicle being Certified Pre-Owned—yet a vehicle with a shattered front camera (a major safety component) should never have passed inspection or been delivered to a customer. This is a serious safety issue, and the lack of accountability, transparency, and customer care is unacceptable. Buyer beware. If you value vehicle safety, fair treatment, honest business practices, and responsive customer service, do not purchase a vehicle from Doggett Ford South Loop.

Thaddeus in the service area was very kind and helpful.

Thaddeus in the service area was very kind and helpful. I had issues the last time we came with getting an oil change done and our warranty which made me feel uneasy about coming back. However, Thaddeus didn’t even question it and when I mentioned our warranty he called them and checked on things for me. I am very happy and satisfied once again with Ford.

Great people, specially Ricardo in service, very helpful

Great people, specially Ricardo in service, very helpful with people like him, great job in his ability to communicate with people and very helpful when dealing with people! I had no idea what I needed and he helped understand what I needed. You should have more people like him, very nice 👍 and helpful! Knows what needs to fix any problem!

They have deceptive pricing with additional fees added to their prices. The fees that they are making up are a couple of thousand dollars over the true tax, title, and license fees. They tried to say that the additional fees went to the state. Thus is a lie. The additional fees above TT&L are just extra cash in the dealer's pocket. I called the sales manager because I knew that the salesman was being dishonest. More dishonesty.

Douglas with the service department is the true example

Douglas with the service department is the true example of customer service! The way he goes above and beyond for his customers tells you the level of concern he has for each one of us. While my car was in his care he constantly kept us in the loop about what was going on and making sure we knew that everything was being taken care of. On December 15, 2025 - Received excellent customer

On December 15, 2025 - Received excellent customer service and experiences, dedicated and timely manner in servicing my 2018 Ford Escape by my Doggett Ford Service Advisor, Brandon Bailey. Also, excellent Doggett Ford courtesy valet service in a timely manner by their driver, Carolyn Carranza whom pickup my car from my home at 8:00 am to deliver to the Service Dept. and after the repairs, returned my car back to my home by 3:00 pm.
