Had a generally positive experience dealing with Oscar

Had a generally positive experience dealing with Oscar but Byron (who I believe is the manager but it wasn’t made clear) was completely rude. Expect to pay ABOVE list price when doing business here while being disrespected by management. Somehow a 6250 offer on a vehicle listed for 6500 branded me as a “low-baller.” Byron insisted that the vehicle couldn’t leave the lot for less than 6700. With $400 between our offers and the vehicle in worse condition than advertised, we still couldn’t make a deal. Mind you this is for a 2011 with 180,000miles that was in good physical condition but had a rough shifting transmission. Byron insisted that the vehicle was in great condition and that the rough shifts were because of a CVT transmission. But the 2011 Honda Crosstour has a 5-speed automatic, not a CVT. Apart from their lack of knowledge about the vehicles they’re selling, the deceptive sales practices and inability to make a deal are unforgivable. Don’t waste your time with this shady lot full of auction cars as stated by the manager himself.
