The service department at platinum Buick is excellent.

The service department at platinum Buick is excellent. I went in for my first oil change and was out in no time. I also received a voucher to get a free car wash at anytime of my convenience. Platinum Buick is the best and I highly recommend their dealership to purchase a vehicle and follow up for all your service needs.

Showing love from CT!!! Hi!! Everyone was so nice. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I was so happy when I saw that they had a coffee machine with coffee creamer, sugar, and snacks, (I took a uber and had a longgg ride so seeing coffee was amazing) David S is the absolute best when I walked in. He introduced me to the team, and had me ring a bell and he also told me to come back in six months for a free oil change, which was another plus! Thank you guys so much for including me in the GMC family!!!

They did not fix my 2003 Saturn due.

They did not fix my 2003 Saturn due. They said it was too old and gmc discontinued making parts for Saturn. It is the best car I ever owned and I can't fix it. I'm truly disappointed with gmc

We at Platinum Buick GMC are genuinely sorry that we were unable to fix your current Saturn vehicle. We understand how frustrating that would be for you, but also please do try to understand that General Motors did stop production on the entire Saturn line up of vehicles back in 2009. Because they ceased production of this line of vehicles, finding the correct parts for these vehicles has become more and more difficult as the years have gone by since that end of production date. However, we would still like to offer you a couple of different options to aide you, as we do strive to help all of our customers to the best of our abilities. First, if you would be interested, we can offer you a very competitive market based offer if you were interested in trading your vehicle for something newer with a greater availability of parts to be able to complete any needed repairs. Secondly, if you can find the part anywhere we would be happy to offer you a discounted labor rate to have the part installed here by a factory certified GM technician that we have on staff, two of which actually did work on Saturn products back when they were still in production. Please reach out to us to let us know how we can best serve your needs because we would love the opportunity to earn your business.

Horrible experience and as of the writing of this review

Horrible experience and as of the writing of this review still have not refunded our deposit. Agreed to a deal and had it in writing. Left a deposit to hold the vehicle. When we went to finalize and arrange for pick up the Finance guy, Ryan informed us they were tacking on an additional $695 dealer fee and we needed to finance with them. When we refused to do either (as that was not agreed to previously) they said they would refund our deposit. This alone was worth the 1 start rating. It gets better. Since that conversation that was over a week ago we have gotten the run around of excuses as to why they have/cannot refund our money. First it was allow 2-3 business days. After waiting that time I followed up and was told it had not been processed because the owner was the only one who can authorize the refund and he was away in Italy until Monday (ridiculous to say with a dealership this size). Come Monday it was supposed to be done by accounting. Again nothing, on Wednesday when I followed up yet again was told they no longer can process the refund because they have a new owner and the old and new systems won't sync. Again, ridiculous attempt at an excuse. They told be in order to get my money back I should contact my CC company and refute the charges and they won't dispute it when contacted by the CC company. Unreal, I know! Now no one will return my phone call. I have made several calls to each of the sales man, Robert, the finance guy, Ryan, the manager, Franco and the controller, Patricia. Left messages for all and no one will call me back. I just want my money back and they won't give it back. This is now crossing over to petty larceny. I should probably contact the White Plains police or the attorney general. Don't do business with these people. They are crooks.
