I drove from Columbia to test drive a GMC Yukon Denali,

I drove from Columbia to test drive a GMC Yukon Denali, ad said 22” aluminum wheels, pics show 22” aluminum wheels, as did the video. Got up there, 18 inch wheels. Would not provide service records for the vehicle, kinda shady. And now, 1 day later, price is 3000 more….sure hope they put those 22’s back on it first. Sales could not answer reasons why wheels missing or why service records not available. I would def NOT drive back here for shady business… really had high hopes.

I scheduled time and date with Brandon to check in a

I scheduled time and date with Brandon to check in a recall for my pickup. He was very helpful and pleasant when scheduling this recall. Upon arrival he explained to me what the recall entailed with an estimated time to finish. The recall check was done and it was completed within the time Brandon had specified. Great customer service and I will continue to bring my pickup to Woody’s fir service due to Brandon.

Pretty poor dealership.

Pretty poor dealership. I purchased my 4Runner from them, I traveled 11 hours one way and they were aware of that. I asked my salesman prior to making the trip if there was any imperfections with the vehicle that I should be aware of, in which he replied no. Upon arrival, we notice the windshield is cracked, there’s a ton of exterior imperfections, and the second row is missing all the head rests. My husband questioned if the vehicle had a wheel alignment, our salesman said he is sure there was. There wasn’t, we ended up having to get that done when we came back home. After 5 minutes of driving it off the lot the E gas light came on. I asked about that before leaving, his poor excuse for everything was “that’s a used car for you” very disappointing that they were aware of the long travel and still weren’t honest.

Brandon was a pleasure to work with at Woody’s.

Brandon was a pleasure to work with at Woody’s. As my first experience with the service department, he made it an enjoyable one. He was very helpful spelling out my maintenance options and coordinating the repairs.
