My wife and I needed a minivan for our growing family. For the price of vans these days we decided we weren't going to settle for anything less than everything we really wanted in our van. We found the perfect van below our budget at Woody's Automotive online. After setting up an appointment to test drive with Polly, who was the best customer sales representative I could ask for, I went out to look at it. It was better than in the pictures. They told me to test drive it on my own while they appraised my trade in,, which immediately made me feel more comfortable.. I never was pressured into anything I didn't want and Polly was patient and respectful while I spent the day at the dealership making a decision. A few days later I came out to pick it up and they told me they'd filled up the gas tank for me since I had to come back a second time. I looked for weeks for a deal like this back in KC, and nothing compared. I highly recommend checking out Woody's Automotive in Chillicothe and ask for Polly!

What a wonderful experience from the first contact to actually driving away with my new vehicle. I arrived to my appointment and within 5 minutes of my arrival Brianna Allen had me set up in a nice warm vehicle, seat heat on and heater already running, ready for the drive. After the lengthy test drive, my choice on the length, my salesperson, Polly Applebury and I sat down and discussed details of the deal we were going to make. It was a very low-pressure enjoyable experience. Before I knew it all of the paperwork was done, went over all of the financing details and papers with Sarah, and had my new vehicle. I have never had a quicker experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Met quite a few of the folks there and all were very friendly and welcoming. I would go back and I would highly recommend it to friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. Well worth the drive from Olathe, Kansas.
