Jason was very good with information and communication. It did seem to take a long time to get the final paperwork. The person who was filling in for the general manager was very pushy and tried to get us to buy things we had already stated we did not want.

Talked with Jason via phone / text and set up an appointment enabling the vehicle to be ready for a test drive on arrival from Wichita. Quick and fair negotiation resulted in departing the dealership within 2.5 hours of arrival with the preowned 2019 Chrysler Certified Ram 2500; even with the financing completed by Wells Fargo! All staff were professional and they wanted to assist us in anything required to execute the sale. Dealership was extremely busy for a Friday, but appears this is normal operation. Will be back for future purchases even though it is a 281 mile drive to Chillicothe! Thank you all.
