Joe is the best service representative that I have ever encountered compared to all other car dealership service centers that I have dealt with. Joe is always pleasant to work with and he provides me with as much detail and options to determine the best alternative and cost for maintaining my vehicle. I did not purchase my current Jaguar F-Pace from Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover but I am planning on trading in my vehicle there simply because of the great service that I receive from Joe.

Overall we had a good experience but if you are out of state, beware. We negotiated an 'all-in' price and that just didn't happen. We are from PA-they promised to take care of tag information but then wouldn't send us the final tags without a fee. Why didn't they just have PA send them to us-because they didn't do their research and made promises they couldn't keep. That was after we drove 3 hours to see the car, only to find out it failed VA inspection (literally as we were standing there) and they wanted to charge us an extra $1,500 to fix those items (despite the fact that they had already published a sales price).

We did receive a great service from Andy Moshrefi. His very knowledgeable and explain things very well. We did enjoy his services. Great job Andy.
