Before writing this review, I have read a few of the most wonderful customer service experiences from other folks. And, being a person whom use to do sales, it really bothers me to even write this complaint. Yesterday, September 6, 2020, I sent a message to the above named dealership through the Carfax website, expressing interest in the 2011 Mercedes Benz GL450 listed in their inventory. I received a text from Andy Moshrefi, Sales Guide, asking for permission to text. I responded with a "Yes" to confirm. Afterwards, he asked if I were able to stop by to see the vehicle that day. Because the dealership is located 50 minutes away, I asked if he could give me a real-time view of the vehicle by phone. Andy immediately called me and explained to me that the vehicle was in great condition, and that I would not be disappointed. I believed him, not just because he told me that the vehicle was in great condidtion, but because he mentioned that the dealership do not trade in bad vehicles. Therefore, I told him that I would visit the dealership that day. I met with Andy and he showed me the vehicle, and yes, I was not disappointed. From there, I had given him a deposit to hold the vehicle for me until my husband and I came in the day after to close the deal. Andy mentioned that was all I had to do to hold it until. September 7, 2020, throughout the day, I have kept in contact with Andy telling him and walking him through my every move. I absolutely did not want him to think that I was wasting his time. At 1:36 pm, Andy texted me asking if I was planning to come in today. I called him at 1:47 pm explaining to him that I would be on my way after selling my vehicle to Carmax. Andy then told me to just bring in the appraisal, they would gladly give me what Carmax offered for my vehicle. Therefore, I said, "Great, I'll be on my way." Unfortunately, within the 50 minutes that it took me to commute from home to the dealership, the vehicle was sold. I absolutely don't understand why I was not contacted about the transaction, or even contacted within route by someone, anyone, telling me not to bother about coming in. I have been very mindful from the beginning up until my arrival. I am hurt that I have dragged my child with me whom is, by the way, a child with special needs, to this dealership during this global pandemic. I left Rosenthal Jaguar very very disappointed, disrespected and embarrassed. All I needed was a phone call, a minute out of an hour from someone telling me to return home because the vehicle was sold. Instead, Andy, along with the manager, believe that because there wasn't a credit application filed online, my deposit was a waste of time. I asked, then why take my deposit? After conveying my frustration to them both about something so simple as "Due diligence", they both walked away without an apology. What a disrespectful experience. It's like I just didn't matter.

I got a 2020 Jaguar F-PACE SVR from this dealership. Great experience! The sales consultant Mr. Hammad Arshad did an excellent job of making sure that I get the best deal on the vehicle I had my eyes set upon. Very courteous and friendly in explaining all the pros and cons of the vehicle I chose and coordinated the final deal with his financial department. I highly recommend the dealer ship and the sales consultant Mr. Hammad if you are looking for a highly satisfying car buying experience!
