Without exception Mr. James (JD) Duncan is an awesome businessman and associate!! He made the purchase of our Italian Racing Red F Pace seamless. He is definitely a professional, he is courteous and without a doubt a proud person of the Jaguar/LR brands. There was not a question that JD did not know and I will go back to him any day of the week for all my Jaguar needs.

Everyone at Rosenthal Jaguar was friendly, but my salesperson Augie Borges went above and beyond his call of duty. I got my F-Type sight unseen when it was still at the port, and Augie let me know the status of my vehicle's delivery almost daily. He even took pictures and video of the car when it arrived at the dealership! I would absolutely get another car from Augie and strongly recommend him to anyone looking to get a Jaguar or Land Rover!

Bought a Jaguar XE from the Rosenthal Jaguar in Vienna and the customer service and experience was phenomenal. When you go there ask for "KZ Zangeneh" as your sales rep and he will make sure you get the right car for your needs. The entire staff from sales, management to finance was easy to work with and I will make sure to return to this dealership for my next ownership as well.

I just purchased two 2017 Jaguar F-Pace's making this the third vehicle (Range Rover Sport Supercharged) that I have purchased from Reda Habati. Not only is he a great person to work with but he is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he sells. I would recommend anyone to contact Reda when they are in the market for a Land Rover/Jagaur. I know own over 5 JLL products and would never go back to any other luxury car brand. Also the financing guy is very nice and efficient.

I found the car I wanted online but wasn't sure if it was the one. Augie took me for a test drive and made a suggestion on a 2012 XK Convertible. It was less expensive and never took my number to harass me. I ended up coming back to him and buying my first convertible. I love it and loved that Augie was so helpful and delightful. Just what I needed in a salesman.
