The Dealership was Top Notch!

I would say Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover is the best dealership in Northern Virginia. Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent teamwork leads to success. Then greatness will come. The group at Rosenthal from Shawn the GSM, Tyler in Finance, and Andy in Sales have uncovered the secret sauce. Everyone went well beyond in making sure I got what I wanted. They listened, provided feedback, and made the process painless. The whole process was quick and professional. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to purchasing a Jaguar or LandRover.

Jerome Cabbagestalk

My experience working with Jerome Cabbagestalk was efficient and professional. He understood my needs and worked hard to make certain I was happy at every step of the process. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I was interested in and took his time to explain and demonstrate the vehicles features and options. There were some hiccups after the purchase but what was truly impressive was Jerome's responsiveness. He always returned my phone calls in a matter of minutes and worked to address the problem as if it really was HIS problem. I am grateful that he is one of the sales people that isn't done with you when the sale is over. Thank you Jerome Cabbagestalk!

Fair dealership...need to work on your customer service

I would love to say this was one of the best dealerships I visited this past weekend, but frankly I was treated from the time I entered, until the time I left, like I didn't belong and didn't fit in. One piece of advice to the dealership, you don't know who you are dealing with and what they can afford until you meet them and get their thoughts and information. On that note, Jerome Cabbagestalk was different and an excellent salesman. He explained the car's features and was able to answer any questions I threw at him. At the end of the test drive, I took his card and some vehicle information and went on my way. Frankly, I loved the car and its one of the top in my list, but to get treated like that as a customer, makes you wonder if they really want my business! As an aside, I visited Rosenthal Jaguar in Chantilly the day before, and there, too, I got the cold shoulder and it seemed like salespeople were uninterested in waiting on me. I left as I had other cars to drive and dealerships to visit.

Overall an Outstanding Experience

Augie Borges and the team at Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover made my car buying experience such a great one! I very much appreciate everything that Augie did to go above and beyond to allow me to walk away with my new Range Rover Evoque, which I absolutely love! Car buying is an extremely stressful process for me, but Augie actually made it enjoyable. I sang his praises, as well as the dealership over the past few days at work, to family and friends and to the complete strangers that complimented me on my "sleek new ride"! I am one satisfied client!

Smooth transition with trade-in

Reda was our salesman and he was wonderful! Overall the experience with this dealership was very smooth. We traveled 5 hours to dealership for our trade-in and everything was ready when we got there. We didn't have to wait long at all, they took great care of us as soon as we stepped into the dealership and when we called in. We found the car off auto trader, when we called the dealership Reda took care of everything immediately..

Outstanding on Every Level

I had no idea that a dealership like Rosenthal Jaguar existed. I saw a level of professionalism, courtesy, and customer support that was 180 degrees opposite from my previous car buying experiences. What a pleasure the Rosenthal team is to deal with! There were no high pressure tactics; I was offered incredibly helpful information with no expectations. I was not an easy customer. First of all, I had never leased a car before, so they had to explain every little thing in excruciating detail. Because of some recent physical challenges, I was hoping to find a car with safety features that would make driving less stressful for me. Unfortunately, I had no idea what such safety features might be. To make a long story a bit shorter, I now have a car that has safety features that address all my concerns. Not only that, they somehow managed to package those features in dream Jaguar! I never imagined I would ever find myself behind the wheel of a car like this. I would be remiss if I didn't give special thanks to my wonderful sales consultant KZ Zangeneh. Excellent customer service starts at the top, and I just can't say enough about the help and support I received from General Manager Ogun Yilmazer. I also want to highlight other Rosenthal team members who went the extra mile for me: Business Manager Tyler Tart, Accessories Manager Vannesa Cabrera, and Sales Consultant Colin Unterkofler, who showed incredible patience in teaching this Jaguar novice how to drive this remarkable vehicle and stay safe doing it. I know I have left people out, but every Rosenthal team member who shared his or her expertise with me has earned my thanks and respect. I can't imagine going anywhere else .

Awesome!!

Reda was a very patient and a no pressure salesman. I bought a used Toyota Highlander 2016. He was very honest and got me the best deal! I was very impressed with how Reda handled the sale. He made buying a car easier with his calm manner. I love my new car thanks Reda!!

I first visited with a clear idea of the specific Range Rover I wanted to purchase, but wasn't sure whether I would purchase from this dealership or another. Jerome greeted me right away in the midst of a bustling day of clients, and followed up promptly after each subsequent visit. My custom order had many line items and he went over them all with great patience to ensure that this car would be just as I hoped. As someone who is detail-oriented I greatly value and appreciate this. The car arrived exactly as I hoped and is a total joy to drive. I would recommend Jerome to friends and family and look forward to working with him again!
