Craig Faunce - Superb
Craig Faunce is one of the singularly most responsive, attentive and honest sales person I have ever run across in any industry. He gave me good advice, offered an honest price and communicated with me throughout the entire process. For me, it's the challenging issues that define a good or bad customer service experience. During my dealings with Craig we encountered one of those issues. He stayed on top of it, communicated with me constantly and made every effort to make sure I was happy. He couldn't have handled the issue better and I sincerely appreciate his involvement. As long as I own a Land Rover, Craig will be my sales person.

Superb customer service
Our sales rep, KZ, was friendly, yet very professional. He was knowledgeable about the sales process, so he let us know right upfront what we needed to do to complete the purchase of our new Jag. Because we had everything in order when we went through the purchasing process, we were in and out of the dealership within the hour, driving our new car home. Way to go Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover.

Fantastic customer service
Gavin & Kasra are amazing! If you come to this dealership, make sure you go to them. They will take care of you through every step of the process. They truly care about what you are looking for and what you need. The whole dealership was great, everyone was very helpful. But when it comes to buying/leasing a car, Gavin and Kasra are your guys!

Amazing
I REALLY REALLY wanted an LR4 before they were all gone!!!! LR is discontinuing these cars! I met Andy through a friend of mine who also had a great experience with Andy! I think I started "dropping" into LR Tysons about 6 months ago. I immediately liked Andy and knew that I would eventually buy my car from him as soon as I could get my husband on board. I lost track of how many times I went in to test drive one of the LR4s! Every single time Andy greeted me with a smile and a handshake and eventually a hug! If I needed a Carfax report he would email it to me in minutes. Liked a car? Printed me out the specs so I could take it home. He was never pushy! When it came time to buy I also visited LR Chantilly and while Sean was nice others were not as nice. Every time I walked into LR Tysons someone welcomed me. In the maybe 6 now 7 months nobody was ever short with me OR walked away from me(that happened with another employee at Chantilly not Sean). Anyway I got the car. But it wasn't THE car. Andy fixed that. He worked tirelessly to make me happy. The car I wanted was at another dealership. Apparently you just don't move a car from one to another especially one that is becoming non existent. Andy, Shawn and the GM(whom I never met but did thank) all worked together to get my dream car. I really can't say enough about Andy or the people here. If you decide on a Rover there is only 1 place to go and that is to Andy at LR Tysons!

Amazing Customer Service!! Must ask for Reda Habati
I went car shopping at Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover last Friday Night to look at the new F-Pace. My wife and I were greeted by Reda Habati, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Reda was very informative, kind and he answered every question of ours patiently. He is the only person I would ever purchase a vehicle form going forward. He singly handedly made me a Jaguar/Land Rover owner for life.

Great service
Craig at Rosenthal is wonderful! He goes out of his way to get my car and not to inconvenience me with my work hours. I have the confidence that my car has been repaired and is safe to drive when brought back to me and at a reasonable price. I have priced many other dealerships which charge way too much. I feel Rosenthal and Craig and his team take care of me. Highly recommend them to anyone

easy, relaxing and no pressure visit

Great overall buying experience
I hadn't bought a new car in nearly 14 years, but when I saw the FPACE, I knew I had to have one. I worked online and over the phone with Craig Faunce, who was so patient with me, even as the diesel versions saw months of delays. It was SO worth the wait, though, when I finally picked it up. The test drive, explanation of the vehicle's features and purchase negotiations were beyond expectations, and I am a very happy owner.
