Excellent customer service and sales force. From the...

Excellent customer service and sales force. From the actual sales representative to the finance director were all very helpful in walking me through to have everything done before I can drive away from the dealership. This was my first vehicle purchase from Rosenthal chantilly Land rover and I would do it again at the same dealership! Later I took my car back to the service department but to the LR and Jaguar dealership in there vienna va. area that was a very good experience as well they did a really good job in installing some after market pieces, it looks factory installed. This I am super happy about.

Service on my Jaguar was never so pleasant. Knowledgable People. Friendly and clean. Highly recommend this Dealership for vehicle service.They completed oil change and rgular maintenence in under two hours and washed the car.I will certainly take my vehicle back when service is needed.

We have bringing our cars here for two years to Rosenthal...

We have bringing our cars here for two years to Rosenthal LR and Jag. During this two years we have never left unhappy or had to being in the cars for the same work twice except oil changes. My Husband loves his LR and I my Jag. We have on ocassion had to take our cars to the Rosenthal LR and jag that is in Chantilly and the service there has been great as well. The dealerships are both very clean and have some great props demonstrating the different trains of Land rovers. Overall, both are fantastic places to buy or service your cars in. We were asked to rate the dealerships based on our experiences.

Saw a used car on there website, likes the car very much....

Saw a used car on there website, likes the car very much. Spoke to salesman on the phone and made appointment to see car. a week later drove off with the car happy as can be. Rosenthal LR of tyson's corner has some of the best cars that any dealer can have stock.

I purchased an used 06 range rover sport from this...

I purchased an used 06 range rover sport from this dealership. I had visited other dealerships before finding this car in a Land Rover of tyson's dealership. The showroom is by far the best I've seen in any dealership with abundance of adventure motif'd decors that accentuated the great outdoors spirit of the Land Rover brand. The overall experience was surprisingly smooth and professional, shattering all of the negative scenarios I had experienced and come to expect with car dealerships. My sales rep was most accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

I received excellent service from beginning to end at...

I received excellent service from beginning to end at Rosenthal Tyson's jaguar. The facility is large and clean, and the cars are kept clean and parked neatly on the lot. The facility maintains a classy atmosphere, and the employees are professional and helpful. Staff members displayed good knowledge of the product and inventory. I was happy with the vehicle, the odometer read 9 miles, and did not appear to have been sitting outside for any great length of time. The restrooms at the dealership were clean, which I believe to be a good indication of honest management practices. The delivery process was simple and efficient. I have spoken with the dealership several times on the phone and I am equally impressed with the fact they answer the phone in a timely manner. For these reasons I recommend Jaguar and Land Rover of Tyson's to any person purchasing a dignified automobile.

The best quality of Rosenthal Tyson's landrover is probably their customer service. They maked sure to do anything they can to satisfy the customer and their concerns. I wanted to install a luggage rack on my Rangerover and the parts specialist went out of his way to show me the different types available and what each would look like. At the end when I picked the one I wanted, I knew exactly what it would look like and I recieved a 10% off also.

Went back for my Second car from these guys. My wife...

Went back for my Second car from these guys. My wife wanted a jaguar Sport for her our 10 year anniversary present. She saw a used 2007 jag sport and we went to look at it. We Got the car at a huge discount and it saved my wallet and a lot of looking around, since they have a huge selection of used and new cars. So now I have a happy wife who loves her car too much, thanks to the people at Tyson's jaguar.

Great work and friendly staff at Rosenthal Jaguar. I just wrote a long review of how great Rosenthal dealership is and how much they have lightened the load of relocating jobs for me in providing me expectional, timely, cost effictive service jobs. But somehow my review didn't get posted and I am rewriting it all over again.. Very annoying.
