I brought a 2015 Range Evoque in June 2020. The service I received was fast, probably because I had a pre-approval, Mo was very efficient and thorough, He explained everything an answered every question. I had to bring it back in because it stopped driving while I was driving. I took it in, spoke with the GM, he put me in the very capable hands of Ana! From start to finish Ana did was I needed her to do. Recently, I thought I was having the same issue and I had a leak. Well I took it in again, Ana worked her magic and here I am completely satisfied again. My truck is running perfectly!

Michael Parrish provide great service and assistance with purchasing the vehicle. He responded promptly to questions and either sent a email or called with updates. Michael was very thoughtful by sending a birthday greeting even though I had already purchased the vehicle. I'm only giving 4 stars as the fist salesperson that I dealt with did not follow through with requested information. I'm glad I tried again and luckily reached Michael Parrish.

My son's beloved 1997 Jaquar was filled with water when the garage of my Georgetown Condo building was flooded due to a HUGE water main break last month. Everyone I talked to said, forget it the car was a loss. Until I talked to Joe Simoules at Rosental Jaquar. He did not make any promises but said he would do his best to save the car. And, he did. He SAVED the car! I couldn't beleive it! Joe achieved what everyone else said was impossible. Thanks Joe for going above and beyond to help us out. You are a great guy.
