My new 2020 Land Rover Defender is afflicted with the...
My new 2020 Land Rover Defender is afflicted with the usual new car glitches and as a result it's been in for service 4 - 5 times in two months. Ana Bejarano has been my service advisor from the first service and she's wonderful to work with. I never have to check with her more than once to get an update and she returns calls promptly (Which is pretty unusual in my experience). Ana is always patient and takes time to understand all the glitches that the car has so they can be taken care of the first time (parts permitting). Ana has always been cheerful and attentive and getting service appointments and loaners have never been a problem. I can't recommend her or the dealership enough. Thanks Ana, for making the new car issues easier to deal with!

Best service every time. Kevin is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He responds to all my question quickly and explains thoroughly. He goes above and and beyond to make sure all his clients are well taken care of. Land Rover of Tysons better be sure to keep Kevin there for a long time.

Excellent service! I had to schedule a same day appointment to get my vehicle checked because an indicator had come on. Scheduling the appointment was so easy. The check-in process was quick and simple. The overall time it took to get service done was very reasonable. The service advisor I worked with was very nice and he kept me informed about on the status of my vehicle while it was getting serviced. He thoroughly explained what the issue was and answered all of my questions. Very helpful! Will definitely return to this location for service!
