I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, and when I found it on the Tom Clark website, and it was on sale, it was time to pull the trigger. Essentially purchased the vehicle over the internet until the delivery day when I visited the dealership. The process was smooth from beginning to end and I can't recommend them more.
