My experience was generally positive. BUT having to go so far just to get air in my tires is well, asking a lot.. We called around Hampton but no one had this nitro-fil air.

John Sherman is great! He kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the duration of it getting serviced.

The dealership was clean. The salesperson Gil Brown was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we were well taken care of. The overall experience was a great experience. This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from the same salesperson and dealership.

I continue to use Priority for service solely because of John Sherman. He has provided outstanding service for years.

The customer service team was very helpful, Kind, helpful, and told me exactly what the problem was.

Service center was responsive and very helpful with addressing my concerns. They kept me up to date during the whole process and were excellent at explaining the work that was done.
