First time purchasing a car alone and Donny was amazing! From responding to my inquiries to having the car ready to test drive when I made it in! Donny was super super knowledgeable of the BMW x6! He drove and showed me all the bells and whistles and then let me test it out and I fell in love with the car. Needless to say I went home with the car the same day amazing customer service from all involved! 10 out of ten Recommended! Thanks so much Donny and the Florida Pre-Owned Squad!!!

The sales and finance staff was top notch. Joseph was excellent with providing info about the car and accommodating to point out features and functionality of the infotainment system. Sean in finance was very thorough with getting the out of state paperwork processed timely onsite. The attitude and attention to my customer experience is the best I have ever experienced at a car dealership. The atmosphere and customer care area rates a 5 star status.
