They have been so terrible for service I’m disgusted with them my car has been there for 3 weeks it was towed there on November 13 th it was not looked at until November 30th they never have loaner cars available and when dealing with a warranty company they do not like spending the necessary time on the phone to communicate properly with the customer or warranty company.

I was misdiagnosed twice and the third time I got my car back the check engine light was on right away

The dealership is huge. The staff presumed that I know where to go within the compound even though I indicated it was my first time coming here. I hope they should have been more considerate.
