I had an appointment for 9:15. I arrived early and dropped my car off at 8:45. I did not receive my vehicle back until 2:45. A oil change should never take that long, ruined my entire Saturday morning.

I was one of the first one there but I was one of the last to leave if you knew that it was going to a bad situation they should have reschedule at a later date. Had to sit there for 7 hour for 2 to 3 hour job. Never again first impression are the best one.

Ken is always Great!
Ken is always Great! Very professional. Do you have the same service of pick up/ drop off in Jc? In past at the other site at times, I was able to get a ride when car was left.

Inexperienced young representatives behind the desk Misleading repair proposals and misrepresentation for your respected team you use to have like Kenny and Lynn. Was just very disappointed to be charged more than 75% for oil change and tires rotation. Really too bad!
