Tom Denschel was amazing. They had a used car that perfectly suited my needs and worked with me to get the pricing right and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. They even went to their partner store in Seattle to pick up the truck and brought it straight to my house (more than an hour from Prosser). They worked hard, were patient with me as I explored options, and ultimately delivered (in more ways that one). Jerry Mendez was the saleman I worked with, and he was awesome. Valentin on the business side was great too and gave me my options without pushing anything I didn't really need.
