I give roman chariot auto sales the highest recommendation, there knowledge of cars is outstanding , they truly care about there customer , I had spoken to Jose regarding my finances and what time of car i was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and he located a car for me within a week , Mike had made the process quick and very easy and answered all questions that I had. I will definitely be shopping there in the near future to purchase another car .

He was aggressive on pricing, and even called in favors on financing in order to get me where I needed to be. I was very interested in purchasing a red 2014 Audi TT Coupe from this dealership. Dealt with both Carlos and the owner (believed to be Julio) where Julio nearly hung up on me negotiating the price (which was over the value of the car). A dealership decal sticker was added when explicitly asked not to (and pictures do not show decal). The car was involved in an accident noted in Carfax that the website does not acknowledge (it says no accidents). The title was not in the dealerships name and this makes it challenging to transfer into out of state owners (and I had to do all the research- not the dealership). I placed a $1000 deposit on the car on 1/3/2017 and have been requesting a refund from 1/8/2017 to current. I'm working with my bank to get the refund because Roman Chariot Cars of NJ has given multiple excuses why the refund couldn't happen. It's now 1/23/2017 - the car is for sale and they still have my deposit. Avoid the chaos and choose a better dealership. It will be the best choice you'll ever make!
