My wife needed a new used car and we remembered our Jeep we bought from Carriage Traders. My wife made an appointment to see a car she liked. When we arrived the car was waiting and we both fell in love with it. Bill our salesman and Kevin the business manager were great, funny and made the purchase of the car a pleasure. Not a good place to purchase car.
Not a good place to purchase car. Dan Is nice. But. I'm Not happy buying here. Went there on Saturday June 22, 2024. Said was gonna clean and fix the cigarette holes on Monday. And i Brought this car on Monday June 24, 2024.They Didn't clean this 2020 Ford ecosport. Manager said they will fix the cigarette hole which was on top of the driver side and I'll love it. They patched it and made it worse? Showing on the photos. I can't believe this is the work They done. Today i went and did oil change and changed the air filter cost me $114 at Valvoline. When driving Brakes had squeaking sounds so i needed to bring to carriage trader on Thursday to see what's going on. I don't have time to waste like this. Only gave me one car key. If i want 2nd one. I'll need to stop on my working hours and wait for carriage to make one on Monday 11:30AM. Very Poor service. You finish buy car. Your on your own. they don't care about cars, used cars should be imperfection to them and we had to deal with it.

The dealership made the car shipshape before we took it. We had expressed our interest before it was even detailed or had the mechanicals checked. They still did a great job putting everything into good shape. We got a fair price. We dealt with Cyrus Pichler and he was helpful, professional, and low pressure. He answered questions and went the extra mile for us to get to look under the car on a lift. We would recommend Carriage Traders. The Kozlowskis Porter Corners

Rough start in the beginning due to miss communications
Rough start in the beginning due to miss communications but Jarad ( super nice manager) reached out and assured me that he would work with me to make my purchase a better experience. Alex Bizzoco was my sales associate. My experience with him was smooth sailing. Very knowledgeable, explained all my concerns to me in detail. Very pleasant. I would highly recommend Carriage Traders to my friends and family.

I went in with my 1yr old.
I went in with my 1yr old. Made it clear I needed a safe vehicle that will last me past paying it off as I currently have a vehicle that I still owe on and have had nothing but problems. At first Jim was super nice and accommodating as my baby was sleeping on the car so he took my info from the parking lot which was nice. He then brought up a jeep. I wish he would have told me it was a jeep so I could have saved his time. He then brought up a Subaru, which was REALLY nice on the outside but when he drove it up, it sounded HORRIBLE! You could hear it running like absolute crap! So I said I didn’t want to waste my time driving it with it sounding the way it does… I then asked about a dodge Durango which wasn’t very appealing to the eye but at least it’s an American made car that I know I could fix an issue on if it came down to it, plus I had mentioned I needed an SUV. He then turned to me and blatantly said “ARE YOU ON CRACK??!!, you don’t have much to work with here and your turning your nose up to everything I show you”. I was immediately offended as I do NOT know this man. I don’t know who he thinks he is, but talking to someone like that when you don’t even know them let alone are trying to sell them something, was purely disrespectful. Especially saying that after showing me two TRASH vehicles! I sort of brushed it off as my child woke up and went inside to do more paperwork so he could look on his “online inventory”. He went into another room and took at 35 minute phone call!!!!!! Just to come out and tell me he’ll let me know. Mind you my baby was crying for 20 out of those 35 minutes. I left feeling verbally abused and disrespected. My time wasn’t taken seriously (as if I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else with a crying 1 year old). I’m disgusted this man had the xxxxx to speak to me the way he did because I didn’t fall for his unreliable vehicles THAT I WOULD BE PAYING FOR!! This isn’t their money ya know? It’s mine! I’m a single mom and the second I drive something off any lot, that’s my family’s safety and tireless hard earned money coming out of MY pocket. I would NOT recommend. Also unrelated to my personal experience, two large African American men walked in while I was waiting at his desk, when he finally came back out to send me packing, he barely acknowledged them or greeted them and said someone would be out to help in the most brushed off manner. To say I’m repulsed is an understatement. DO BETTER JIM!

I would like to give a huge shout out to the foreman who works at Carriage Traders in the auto repair shop! Yesterday I was three hours from home picking up an RV in the area and had to rent a trailer to tow my vehicle back with me that I drove up with and lo and behold the electrical on the back of the trailer wasn't working. I had no tools or parts to repair it being so far from home and never anticipating the problem and the foreman dropped everything he was doing and helped me with the repair, no questions asked. Were it not for him, I would have been in a very precarious spot. He was helpful, friendly, and professional! I was blessed to have found such a person and establishment at such a time. Thank you for everything, we ended up safe and sound home several hours later. Thanks a million! I highly recommend this place for their customer service!
