Warning to Future Customers We purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Koon's Easton Toyota on September 17, 2025. It is now November 18, and the vehicle is still not registered. Our temporary tags have expired. We've made multiple calls and have received excuse after excuse, including a tracking number for "overnighted" tags that now shows "undeliverable address." As a 100 percent disabled veteran, it's discouraging to see the dealership post about supporting Veterans while leaving us stuck with a vehicle we cannot legally drive. If this is how they handle basic registration, future customers should think twice before purchasing here. Their public claims don't match their actions.

Your left and right hands are clearly out of sync, and your consistent request for feedback from the time I checked out to several emails and phone calls is too much. Then I got a call for an appointment for another service the day after I had my car serviced. Nobody is on the same page. I also had an earlier appointment for my car to be picked up for service; they did not show up, and then I got a call that I had missed my appointment. Overall, I now know purchasing the service when buying a car is not worth it.
