Staff and service are consistently helpful and

Staff and service are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Jody always helps me prioritize what I need, she is great. However, I am not happy with the new process of getting an email with the service summary. I want staff to come and explain my options. I am not happy with the new annoying AI operator, I want to speak with a human. The best part of Della is the personalized service and you are replacing it with emails and AI. Don?t even get me started with your new updated convoluted software. I would bet that I am not the only customer who feels this way. Once again, staff is wonderful, and that is what is important to your longstanding customers.

Staff was exceptional and made the process easy. The vehicle was ready and John England explained all of the options and set everything up to our liking. The Owner Anthony was the ultimate reason I purchased the vehicle.

Met and exceeded expectations. Scheduling service with Della is always very accommodating. Service manager ensures all needs are met and upon completion, confirms all needs have been met. I am a repeat customer.

As always the service department was amazing.
