Thanks to all for the excellent customer service I received this past week while my Honda HRV was getting its routine checkup and maintenance. The Assistant Service Manager and staff are all assets to D’ELLA Honda of Glens Falls, NY. All of my questions regarding the car, and overall service were addressed. I left feeling very positive about the staff and my customer service experience. Much appreciated, Eileen

D’ELLA HONDA always provides above average customer experience - from the moment I drive up till I leave I am always treated in a courteous manner, in a timely fashion & with genuine interest in my visit. I have been a client since I purchased my 2010 Honda Crosstour…Imagine having a car with 140,000 miles and in excellent condition due to the authorservices of the crew that works at Della Honda in Queensbury. Throughout the years Jodee has guided me through the service dept to keep my Car in top running condition. Thank you to all Della employees who are friendly, competent and very helpful.

I took my car to Della Honda to get service. Jodi that worked in the service department was extremely kind and helpful. She told me what my car needed for service , and she told me when my car should get serviced next time. I left very happy with my car all serviced and washed. The service was done very timely also. Everyone that is in the service department are all great people. Thank you Jodi and Jim Brenda LaPorte
