Blood suckers!
Blood suckers!!!!! Brought my car for oil change and tire rotation which is $138 , then they gave me lists of “ immediate attention” .. I approved of 2 more jobs for them to fix but I didn’t see it in the receipt, only the charges for oil change and tire rotation.. they charged me $585 without stating what was done.

All dealership are all awful. I know because I've been in the industry for a long time. Toyota of Naperville is the lesser of these evils because they have a couple good people working for them. Tom Clancy is the best of the whole staff. If you see anyone go see him!

I had a check light come on in my Prius.
I had a check light come on in my Prius. Greg Donlan handled the maintenance visit. It turned out that the fault was mine in that I neglected to fasten the gas cap sufficiently after buying gas. It took some time to determine this but, despite this, I was not charged. Service at this level and treatment that consistently exceeds expectations is just one reason that Naperville Toyota is the only place I’ll go to for service on my Prius and Avalon. I have full confidence in Greg to keep them both in top shape.

We traded in and purchased 3 cars in one day. Myself, my Wife and our daughter. Tim, Zeke and Brian made the experience hassle free. Everyone at the dealership is great. That makes 6 vehicles I've purchased from Toyota of Naperville. First vehicle is a 04 Sequoia which is still on the road. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I took my car in after experiencing problems with the
I took my car in after experiencing problems with the start up and acceleration when driving. I had no check engine lights ; however Caleb the manager was able to get down to the bottom of my problem. Caleb and his staff delivered awesome customer service and I love that the loaner was free while having my car serviced . I drove a new 2022 Avalon XSE and loved it. However , I’m sticking with my car as it’s still in good shape . Thanks Toyota of Naperville for keeping my car running . I’ll definitely be back in the future .
