He drove all the way to our house to finish the paperwork process, Roberto really went the extra mile. The buying process was very easy, we were there a bit longer than we wanted to be but Roberto made it enjoyable and he was great to deal with. We visited Carbone Jeep after some trouble at another local dealership in Rome. I was told to speak with Roberto Ortiz because he speaks spanish and has helped a couple family members out before. He was great, he translated everything for my uncle and aunt, he didnt make any promises that he couldn't complete. He test drove 3 different cars with the them and helped them decided on the perfect car for them. They were hesitant to deal with another dealership but they are glad and so am I that we went and meet Roberto. There was no pressure to buy, he was very patient with us. He even helped us shop around for insurance quotes because our company raised the prices to high. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future, he was great.
