I did a bit of extensive homework for a person coming into this area with a rather unique, one of a kind, collectors vehicle; what I could go wrong. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! THE VERY BEST diesel mechanics in the Tri-County area!!! Absolutely not disappointed at all!! Brian in the service department is absolutely outstanding! Odd, unusual, pleasantly surprising, and incredibly grateful experience, with this very unique dealership offering such an incredible ethical value system. It might just be the first time ever, in dealing with any dealership here on planet Earth, where the price point is oddly consistent and normal, to that of the areas independent competition, relative to proposed proficient technicality offered in the Broome County area. Had a problem with the AC in my 2015 Tahoe, they diagnosed repair and repeated until they had it 100 % Functional. I did go back a few times most of the times they found a way to write it off as warranty or comp as is. During this process they did not explain it away or back down from the issue. They made up time slots for me around my schedule and got me back up and running. Im not looking for perfection that is a fools gambit, i am looking for honesty and customer service that is the foundation of trust. They have done well be me.

I had my car serviced for brakes and a mishap scraping the underside shield breaking out some screws that hold it in place. The service personnel were able to repair the shield and replace my worn brake pads and rotors. I did not have an appointment but they took care of my car in good time. They talked over repairs and gave recommendations. Finished the car and I was able to pick it up the next day.

The representatives at Botnick Chevrolet are very friendly and professional. I was provided outstanding service from check in to check out. Completely satisfied!
