I was asked to stop into the dealership prior to my

I was asked to stop into the dealership prior to my appointment so they can assess my vehicle and order parts accordingly. On day of service, I received a call 30 minutes before my expected completion time explaining they only ordered 4 of the 10 pieces needed for the repair. I then had to wait for them to reorder the parts needed and reschedule for another day. The 2nd appointment comes and goes smoothly until I realize the work done was sloppy and that they left excessive amounts of black adhesive on the outside and inside of my vehicle. Zero apologies were given for the many inconveniences and poor quality work.

We had a really nice experience at Northtown KIA and Haley helped us with patience and was very knowledgable. She guided us through the whole process and helped us to find the cars that really fit us.

First time foreign car buyer, service is great.

First time foreign car buyer, service is great. Car was done after hours shuttle driver went home, quite pleased to hear that they sent an Uber driver to pick me up. Thank you. Washing my car and bringing it to me in the garage it's very impressive, again thank you.

Outstanding Customer Service from Northtown Dealer

I would recommend this dealership! They are very professional and knowledgeable about there vehicles. Great customer care also amazing team of workers! I never had a bad experience with this dealership.I only go here for my vehicle needs to be addressed. Northtown keep being the best!! Im a satisfy customer!!
