Meet Fred Ahmadi

1st time Lexus purchase. Fred Ahmadi was our salesman; gave us minimal time and attention. I wrote him an email a couple of days after the sale, and never bothered to reply. Really poor attitude and cannot read a sales situation. So far, we love the car; but are disappointed we got stuck with Fred as a salesperson.

No issues with the dealership, although the food/snack selection offered (very basic)!is not what you would expect from a Lexus dealer. New car, to soon to comment on service issues.

The salesman didn’t offer me a review of inventory…..he was rude, disrespectful and I was looking at 60k cars. Never go there….they r not respectful to women.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were professional in closing the deal and delivering my Nx.. I have been their customer for 30 years so they must be doing everything right!!

Our sales associate, Dan Rosen, was friendly and knows his product well. He was easy to deal with and paid attention to our car needs.

Went to this dealership in search of a used LX truck for my mother. Was disappointed in the treatment my family received from the salesman (Fred) who started yelling when we inquired more about pricing. The cars at this dealership were not of quality and when asked if we could test drive a used model on the show room floor we were told "I can get it out, but it's too much work. They all drive the same anyway". The three models driven were distinctly different beforehand so that is not the case. Furthermore, Fred, the disrespectful salesman implied that we wasted his time when trying to talk pricing. As if we could not afford to purchase the cars we were looking at. I would recommend not visiting this location and instead going to McGrath Lexus in Westmont. We made our purchase, same day, and were treated with respect through the process.

Woodfield Lexus always has top notch customer service. The pick up and drop off service was amazing! My vehicle was ready at the time quoted.
