Meet Mark Demma

I love Woodfield Lexus. This is where I purchased my GS350 that I brought in for service last week. During the visit I was able to visit with my sales rep Mark Demma and begin to plan for my new vehicle purchase. Service advisor Vic was great and did a great job communicating with me. Service did take a bit longer than quoted and I asked to skip the carwash to get to my appointment which was unfortunate. Also can you add sodas to the the complimentary juice and water? I am used to that other luxury dealerships.

Excellent experience in purchasing our TX350. Excellent experience. Salesman was helpful but not pushy. He offered a lot of insight on the advantages of the car and the warranty. Car buying is never pleasant but this was a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Mark Demma was great to work with. We met him on a very busy Saturday afternoon. We called for an appointment but we arrived at the dealer, no one was assigned to us. Mark jumped in, while juggling his other patrons. Allowed us time to spend with the test drive vehicle and answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile to help work out issues with Corporate Lexus and a military rebate.
