GX 470 service review

Service personal are always very good. Job performance is very good. No hassle with getting a loaner car. The cost though is a little steep.

Vehicle Service Experience

Very efficient operation. All personnel were courteous and helpful in explaining the services that were to be performed on my vehicle. The anticipated wait time given to me for servicing of my vehicle was accurate - a big plus. The facility was extremely clean, comfortable and modern in appearance with an ample amenities (coffee, tea, soft drinks etc. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Service review

I had to take my car in on Saturday morning without an Appointment because of a tire that was losing air pressure. I was greeted promptly, and the problem was identified and solved within am hour

No pressure car buying experience.

Very friendly experience with no sense of pressure from Mustafa. I found a good deal on the dealers website for a 2013 ES350. I felt both the sales and finance team worked together to get to the price I had targeted.

Really great!

Service time was exactly what our rep Helen said it would be. As we waited we enjoyed a cup of coffee and a muffin. Helen spent a little time with me to set up my cell phone in the car, she was very helpful and so nice!

Class act!

Woodfield Lexus really knows how to treat their customers. When looking at cars in the showroom we were never pressured or annoyed by the sales people. Once we were ready to purchase two months later we still didn’t get pressure during test drive. We were treated so kindly and we felt like we got a fair price. All the people we dealt with were professional and efficient!

Great experience with knowledgeable staff

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the staff that was very knowledgeable and helpful with my car search. They helped me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The GM, Josh Resnick, came out to make sure everything was being taken care of and made sure he would take care of any questions or concerns. They put the customer first and it is obvious. I will definitely be back when I am in need of a new car!

Great buying experience

My wife Diana & I stopped in at Woodfield Lexus just to look at new cars. We were greeted at the front desk by a great receptionist who put us in touch with Dan Rosen in the sales department. He showed us the model we were interested and awnsered any questions we had. We were not hurried or pressured in any way. After talking to Dan we knew we were in the right place. He made us feel so good we ordered the car. We are kept posted as to when our new car would arrive and be ready for pickup. At delivery Woodfield Lexus has a specialist, Derek who showed us how all the controls worked helped sic our cell phones and invited us back anytime if we had any questions. We love our new car and would reccomend Woodfield Lexus to anyone wanting a new Lexus and a great buying experience. Thanks Bob & Diana from Huntley Il.
