Woodfield Lexus

Have been using Woodfield Lexus service center since we moved here four years ago and have always had a great experience, they also have a great waiting area. Just recently traded in our old Lexus and got a new one. We worked with Mark Demma, he was knowledgable, friendly and didn't pressure us into a sale. Was a very relaxing and easy process. Will defintley be going back for future purchases and recommending friends and family in need of a vehicle.

Nobody like to bring car in for repair, but this dealership makes it as painless as possible. If funds are tight they will tell you maybe able to hold off for a bit, but repair is needed by X.

We purchased new RX350 in Oct 2015. We had an excellent experience at Woodfield Lexus. We shopped first at Truecar, got a call within 1/2 day from Mark Demma. He was very courteous, professional and never pushy or trying to sell. We looked at used 2014 and new 2015. My wife did not like the 2014 due to miles and signs of usage. Given the change in model year, Mark was able to give us an "Exceptional" deal on new RX350. He was clear - "Give me a chance to earn your business". And he sure did beat any other dealership around - not just by price of new car but also for the trade-in. If I were in market for a Lexus - I would not buy one without talking to Mark Demma.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Woodfield of Lexus. We went to the dealership to look specifically at a used car that was on the lot. We did not have a reservation or scheduled test-drive. We were warmly greeted by Eugene Merlin. We told him of the car we had come to view. He promptly brought the car around for us to test drive. He explained all the safety features as well as the amenities to both my wife and I, separately, as we were not in the car together for the initial explanation of features. Additionally, this was not a Lexus branded vehicle. Eugene was still able to explain the vast majority of capabilities, which we appreciated. When it came time for a deal, I really felt like Eugene wanted to make the deal happen and was willing to allow me to stick with a price I was comfortable paying. He went back and forth with his sales manager, as I stayed firm at my price. I had done a lot of research on the model and was relatively confident in the fair market value and I was firm in my price. Eugene was able to get me the price I was willing to pay. At no time did I feel pressured to increase my bid, or reconsider my pricing logic. The dealerships is very inviting and the staff are overall very friendly.

Offered an advise when we needed, and answered all the questions. Yasmine made the financing part of the process quick and easy as well.
