Ide Honda

I had been searching and test driving different vehicles for almost a year. I narrowed it down to a couple different vehicles. I searched on line and found the certified used 2016 Honda Pilot. I corresponded with Al who was a pleasure to work with. He had the vehicle ready to test drive after a bad snow storm. I liked the handling and the smooth ride. Ken handled the financing and he is a pleasure to work with as well. I had to bring the Pilot in for service within the second week due to a tire that kept losing air. Jim repaired the tire and has us back in the vehicle with in an hour. Ida Honda should be glad they have Jim working for them, he is funny and has high expectations about the work he completes. All employees I encountered there were wonderful and very knowledge about their job. It was a pleasure buying my 2016 Pilot at Ide Honda.

I met with Will to look at a vehicle we saw on the Ide Honda website. He had it warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived. The vehicle was in great shape, and just what we were looking for. Will explained the pricing structure, financing, and was able to negotiate a price that worked for us. After the sale, he was immediately available several times with questions I had. I want to thank Will Galliher and the rest of the team at IDE HONDA for helping me with my purchase of a 2018 Honda Accord. I have to say that the entire process was very pleasant. I purchased my last veichle from Will at Ide Honda. The 2018 Honda Accord is an awesome vehicle. I like 1.5 Liter turbo engine. The LED headlight improve visibility while driving in snowy and wet road driving conditions at night.
