Ide Honda

When you go to buy a car, it can be a very nervous, worrying time. My wife had bought from Ide Honda twice before and when it was time for her to get a new car, it was natural that she should chose Ide. We met Al Gleichauf when we went to look around and straight away, we were at ease with him. We told him that we were not ready to commit there and then and he said "ok, look around, I will be ready if you need to know anything" He was as good as his word. My wife decided eventually to get a CRV and everything went smoothly. Al was always available, even on his day off, we were able to text him and get any question that we had answered. Fast forward a couple of months and I was looking to get an SUV. Naturally Al was the man we went to see. Although I bought a Mazda CX5, we wanted to deal with Al, simply because we trusted him. true to form, he made everything go smoothly. even when I was probably pestering him more than I should have. I cannot speak too highly of Al Gleichauf. He was a pleasure to work with. We laughed, joked, shared stories and by the time we picked up my car, it was like we were meeting and old and dear friend. That is how I feel about Al. A good salesman Yes, but an even nicer man. Thank you for a great buying experience.

My husband and I leased two new vehicles (the 2018 Fit and the 2017 Civic) through Brad C. at Ide Honda. After having horrible experiences at other Honda dealers, I wasn't keen on going through the car buying/leasing process again. But with welcoming my first child in July, we needed to trade in our 2011 Civic as well as lease a second vehicle. Brad was amazing from start to finish on both cars. Brad Constantino helped us with the purchase of a new car. We were able to take the test drive all by ourselves and stayed out as long as we wanted. Brad was also excellent when we picked up the car, carefully explaining every feature. My wife had a question a few days later and Brad helped with that.

I leased a 2017 Honda Civic in May 2017 from Ide Honda. My salesperson was Brad Constantino. I must say after buying cars for 40 years, this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Brad was very attentive, listened to what I wanted and within about one hour, I left having made the deal. He was also great when I picked up the car, he went over everything I did not know about the car and I drove away very pleased. I have already referred two people to Brad at Ide Honda and they have also lead new Hondas from him. Have always had good service at IDE with my Pilot. I needed a new car and IDE was my first and only stop. Rick was friendly and informed and made me feel comfy right off the bat. The entire process was quick and easy with no surprises...I definitely recommend the folks at IDE Honda...Jake and Ashley in Finance were great as well....
