I have a Range Rover that was not cheap. One would think you would be a valued customer when you plop down that amount of money for a car. Nope. I can't even get people to answer the phone or call me back regarding a very serious safety recall. Buy your car from Rahal. I had a much better experience there.

Mario is the GM. Not sure how. He's rude, takes...
Mario is the GM. Not sure how. He's rude, takes forever to follow up and is arrogant. He told me he ordered a new Rover then called me and said his" owner" wanted it. Then said he would order again and again didn't. First time in years anyone wants these Rovers and Mario lets it go to his head. I went out of state and got one. Buyer beware of this shady place. No "super star" treatment if you don't play for a local team.

Horrible service. Walter is a joke and won't return...
Horrible service. Walter is a joke and won't return phone calls. Mario is a piece of work. He stands behind his crappy employees 100%. I never recieved a 2nd key at signing and to this day they will not order me one (2 years later). I will never buy from this dealership or have my vehicles serviced there again. They took my car in for a new muffler( it's a 2010 and I need a new muffler? Piece of crap car). I just got it back yesterday...3 weeks later when I was told I would only have the loaner for a day. This place is the craziest mafia style dealership I have ever dealt with. They are dirty, real dirty sales man and they never think the customer is right. The better busi was bureau gives them a F because they haven't replied to any of their concerns. How do you run a high end business like this? I hope someone shuts them down someday and they get a taste of their own medicine. They deserve nothing in life.
