Mike - Sales consultant, and Andy - Finance Mgr of Pittsburgh Porsche were great agents of the Porsche brand and Pittsburgh Porsche. They were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The whole experience occurred in record time at a dealership. I was in and out in 1.5 hrs! I knew what I wanted and came prepared with all necessary documents and they made it seamless. They went above and beyond and the vehicle is beautiful. Thank you gentleman and Pittsburgh Porsche for a wonderful experience!

I bought a CPO 911 Turbo S as an out-of-state buyer and the car was shipped to me. I discovered some cosmetic issues with the car after the delivery and they went above and beyond to address the issues I encountered. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. I want to thank them for all their help and patience in resolving the issues. I highly recommend this dealership for your purchases.

Max the serviceman is outstanding. Check engine light on and needed diagnose and then repair. 700 miles from home! Max got it done same day and was professional and very kind. Highly recommend.

Finance manager Mike Ivey is very dishonest.
I'm definitely NOT the kind of person to write a negative review. However -- I must in this case. My wife and I are professional; we have a few business in addition to being a veteran and a retired Fire Chief of 30 years. I've dealt with several professionals both personally and professionally. But--the amount of deceit and misleadings I've unfortunately witnessed by the finance manager Mike Ivey was and has been very disturbing. While going through the untimely death of a family member, Mr. Ivey tried to force my wife to renegotiate the terms of the lease agreement due to a finance error. In addition --- after paying Mr. Ivey our initial monthly payment, he never sent the payment into Porsche causing us to incur multiple late fees. It gets even more disturbing; he told the Porsche representative " ...we did not give him any money for the initial payment...". That's not all, the vehicle was purchased September 2020; we still haven't received the registration and license plate. Mr. Ivey's excuse per Porsche representative "...he was waiting for us to give him our car insurance information..." Everyone knows YOU CAN NOT DRIVE OF THE LOT WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE. Conclusion: This is my experience that was totally unexpected from Porsche. If Mike Ivey is your fiance person; go to another dealer.

We live in a different world
I want to buy a 2nd hand Mercedes (2016 or better) and trade-in mine (2010 Merc). I know the value of both cars. After emailing, and explaining that, all I want is yes or no, and move on. It does not works that way, they want more for what they sell and less for the trade-in and I understand that. Then they want to call, and all I say is "tell me yes/no so that both of us won't waste our time" So all I can tell is that this dealer is no better or worse then most of them.

Easy Cayenne Order Process AND a Great Discount!
Steve Blackwell, and later Jake Dunks-Campbell, have both been amazing when it came to taking care of my Cayenne E-Hybrid order. The discount and service has been amazing, and I was not pressured at any time to place the order. I've stuck through with the order since October '18, and I completely plan on following through on leasing the Cayenne this September. My loyalty to this out-of-state dealership truly speaks for the service I have received. Porsche Pittsburgh is truly one of the best Porsche dealers out there, and I look forward to purchasing my Taycan Cross Turismo and 718 Boxster Spyder from Jake in the months to come. Overall, just a great experience. I can't thank them enough!

Great Experiance!
I had been in the market for a 2012 Shelby GT500 when I came across the Auto Palace Ad on Cars.com. I sent in a request for information which was responded to immediately by Steve Blackwell. We spoke a few times by phone and he was super helpful, even found financing that beat my bank by a large margin! I lived over 325 miles away so did a Fly and Drive with my 2 boys. Steve gave us the royal treatment and even arranged a ride to the dealership from my Hotel near the airport! We were even treated to a tour of the facility and of their private collection of Automobiles which was very interesting and extensive. The paper work was painless as everything was prepared and before we knew it we were on our way back home. The car ran flawlessly and even averaged 23 .8 MPG on the drive home. Not bad for a 550HP vehicle! I am super happy and offer a sincere Thank You! to the team at Auto Palace!

LOVE A PORSCHE BOXSTER
Spoke to a salesman wanting to find s newer Boxster. Nice fellow who didn't pressure me. I liked that. Made me want to deal with him when the time comes.
