They were friendly, and helped me to get the car I wanted. I appreciated the lack of hard sell tactics, and the patience to let me figure out the decision on my own. The process was thorough but easy. The best car buying experience I have had! Thanks to Rob and the rest of the team.

I called Jim about potential warranty work, and he was very friendly from the start. He was very good at keeping in contact with me as he worked with the warranty company, ordered the parts, and kept me updated on the work as it was being done. On the phone and in person, Jim and others were all very helpful. Compared with past experiences, this is by far the best. I will continue to return to and recommend Jim and John Sisson Mercedes-Benz.
