Very pleased that we made the trip from Pittsburgh.

Very pleased that we made the trip from Pittsburgh. We were treated very well and wound up purchasing a very nice certified 2023 HR-V at an excellent price. I would not hestitate in potentially buying another car from Shannon and this dealership in the future!

I had an amazing experience at Shenango Honda.

I had an amazing experience at Shenango Honda. We have never owned a Honda before, so we had a ton of questions that Maurice answered so patiently, and quickly! Maurice offered us a test drive in a pilot, and we instantly knew that was the car we wanted. After 2 weeks of thoughtful consideration, we opted to purchase a pilot. Maurice found us exactly what we decided was the best fit for us, and gave us an amazing experience start to finish. He is the kindest, most personable, and patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. He plan to return for sure!

We were 170 miles from home when our 2020 CRV showed a

We were 170 miles from home when our 2020 CRV showed a problem with the AWD. I knew this could be serious. We went to Shenango Honda to find out what was going on. Service advisor Robin so greatly helped us! She explained exactly what would be done to diagnose our problem. About 20 minutes later the tech Brian came to talk with us. He explained exactly what was going on and reassured us that this was covered under our extended Honda warranty plan. If the part was in stock, we could have had this done on the spot. But since it is not a common issue, it wasn’t. Everything was clearly written up what was done which made it simple for our hometown Honda dealer to process. They also assured us we should be fine getting home from their diagnosis, which we were. We went to our hometown Zanesville Honda this morning and they agreed on the problem. It is warranty covered, the part is ordered and will arrive in 4-5 days. We were so blessed to have Robin and Brian help us. We were in good and professional hands!! I sure hope they and Shenango Honda’s owners/managers know what a blessing they are! If we lived back in Hermitage we would certainly purchase our next Honda from you!! Way to go Shenango Honda!!!
