This is an excellent dealership for both purchase and vehicle maintenance services. I bought my 2021 SUV from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano along with their prepaid service package. I am glad that I did. Their service dept is neat, clean, efficient and customer friendly. To date I have experienced quality services with no need to return my vehicle for any do- overs

This location has nothing to do with this review. I just want to advise people out there, Mercedes cars are socks, it seems like they are selling a piece of crap for lots of money. Every single time, there is a sensor failure. Then they have no idea why it's happening. When you complain, there is no leadership to address the issues. Coconut Creek location broke the tail light of my car and tried to ignore my complaint. Until now, nothing is done about it. The car is depleting every day with only 51, 000 miles. A complete mess! I warn all my friends that want to buy these type of cars. They don't care about customers. I'm talking about the company itself. Not pompano location.

good Sales guys but the finance guy is kind of tricky, finance Will play games to get you to buy products you never even know what you are buying and after you figure it out, they will tell you it's nonrefundable but the general manager is there to fix everything even offered to pay $500 from the dealership to help with change to a purchase

Great service from beginning to end. Only negative is the overall cost of services. Guess when you own a MB you will be charged accordingly.

Away from my home in New York, 3 yellow lights appeared

Away from my home in New York, 3 yellow lights appeared suddenly associated with ABS, Check Engine. I went online and found nearest MB Dealer in Pompano Beach. Early morning Spoke with Frank Aliaga. The car was checked by 2 PM and the repair was done by 5PM. I was able to resume my trip in Florida with easy mind. I appreciate the prompt service.

Mercedes Benz Of Pompano Beach

As we all know, walking into a car dealership can be painful, whether buying new or used. I have to say purchasing from Mercedes Benz of Pompano was a great experience. I cannot say enough about Joe Melillo. Very personable and honest person. The entire team at Mercedes Benz made a very enjoyable car buying experience.
