We wanted to take a moment to express how extraordinary our experience was dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, and especially with Robert Abrahams. From the very beginning, Robert went out of his way to help us find exactly the automobile we wanted — fully loaded and tailored to the very specific features and preferences we requested. Rather than trying to simply sell us what was available, he and the dealership made every effort to locate the perfect vehicle for us and then handled everything necessary to get the car to us seamlessly. Even after delivery, the level of service continued. When we realized the vehicle was missing a second key — which, as you know, is quite expensive — Robert immediately stepped in and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process, he consistently stayed late, made himself available, and responded promptly every time we had a question or concern. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be difficult to find, and Robert truly exceeded expectations. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made this one of the best automobile purchasing experiences we have ever had. I inquired about a vehicle the agent was quick to make

I inquired about a vehicle the agent was quick to make contact however never sent a video walk around after multiple requests. The agent only made initial contact then stopped contact after asking for a walk around. Turned out the vehicle was sold.

Went to the dealership a week after I purchased my car to

Went to the dealership a week after I purchased my car to pick up some paperwork. It was my salesman day off(no problem). I asked the manager that helped me if I could ask him some general question about the car. He said NO. I had to come back and speak with my sales representative. I would say that is not the best customer service.

I found the Audi I had been searching for and secured the best price at this dealership. Keith and Winston handled the deal remotely, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease enough to travel from Virginia to take delivery. Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.
