I had the pleasure of working with a great salesman, Todd Master, at Pompano Beach Mercedes. Before the purchase of my 2019 AMG GT 63 Todd provided me all the information about the car, even more than I requested. When l arrived at the dealership he gladly complied with my requests to examine the exterior,interior and underbody of the car. He worked efficiently through the paperwork, and I was able to drive the car back to Naples, Florida within a couple of hours. A great experience and a beautiful car.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Unethical and illicit business practices. Slimy management. Repeated lies from finance team (including finance director Reese) and from the sales team. I've been trying to resolve this issue for over a month now. Finance Director admitted he made a mistake on the paperwork but has since ghosted me. I recently purchased a vehicle from them at a 5.39% interest rate. Papers signed and vehicle in my driveway. The next week I see a 6.84% interest rate loan in my account, even though I signed papers at a 5.39% rate. I called dealer multiple times to have them fix this issue, but they refuse to speak to me / resolve this matter. The finance department will not speak. The sales team will not speak. Zero help. This is not the only issue we had with them either. The entire car buying experience was sloppy, the staff were confused and unhelpful, and super rude. I’m unfortunately going to have to take further action to resolve this matter which is quite unfortunate. To add icing to the cake, I mentioned this to a friend who also purchased a vehicle from this dealer..And this friend said he also had massive issues and shady business experience with them. Lastly, the vehicle had a couple small issues that the sales person said he would take care of for us the following week. Once we purchased the vehicle, he ghosted us.

After purchased an Sl500 a week later the battery was weak, the dealer replaced both batteries no charges. That show how good and doing all right to satisfy a customer. Great sales process and better after sales service.

Having been to many dealerships over the years, I have to say Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was one of the better experiences I’ve had. Joe Melillo was incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish and truly went above and beyond — a real class act. I purchased an S-Class, and even the trade-in process was smooth and stress-free, which is rarely the case at most dealerships. In my opinion, the best car salespeople don’t need to sell the car — the cars sell themselves. The best ones are those who can relate to you, make it easy to shoot straight, and tell you not just what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. I would absolutely recommend Joe and Mercedes-Benz of Pompano to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Car is riddled with issues, suspect odometer, 3 damaged
Car is riddled with issues, suspect odometer, 3 damaged wheels, tires inflated to 61 psi on delivery, still a non-existent electronic or physical registration provided to me, after car purchase 3 weeks ago. I've contacted the dealership and AutoNation Customer service over the issues and am ignored. For an 80K vehicle, I'll be going elsewhere next time, for parts, service and new car. Dismal representative of Mercedes Benz products. I've submitted a written complaint to the Florida DMV, and Mercedes HQ.

Terrible issues, odometer and CARFAX do not match.
Terrible issues, odometer and CARFAX do not match. Warranty short 644 miles. No dealership assistance to resolve the issue, Car delivered with 3 damaged wheels, 61psi in each wheel, dangerous pressure level. Still no registration delivered to me, 3 weeks after purchase date. Ignored on all counts by the dealership. Starting to feel Mercedes Benz is not represented well by MB of Pompano with these issues unresolved. No attempt to make 80K customer whole. Terrible non- response from customer service at AutoNation. I'm starting to wonder if this vehicle is legal / legitimate at all. Maybe a lemon on odometer issues, certainly a failure on the damaged wheels at delivery and suspect registration problems.
