I was not looking to trade my car was very happy with it. I was bugged by Max for 3 days.. I loved my 2020 crv it was.almost paid off. I owe 7200.00.i had 2.9 interest.. Now I have an 2024 hrv not happy with it. . It's uncomfortable.for my self n my.paasageners. it doesn't have features my crv had. I WAS really pressured to buy this car. I will not buy another vehicle from you.. I have purchased 4 cars n motorcycle not happy with this hrv.

Poor customer service
I wanted to schedule an oil change and had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I was disappointed in their customer service and had it done at another dealer in Erie the next day.

Do your own trade in research before you shop
All the sales staff were very friendly and I like my new car. My only regret is not doing research on a trade-in value. I was told my car had to go to auction and was offered $1,000. Later I see the car on their website for sale at 11K. Shame on them and shame on me for not researching before hand.

Service Department
Service department is horribly overpriced. Elderly family member had a problem with a vehicle that was purchased there and serviced 100% there. Priced out a service at $1500. We questioned the prices. Picked the car up and took it to a local repair shop. Vehicle was repaired for $300. Perhaps overhead and huge staff drive up repair costs.

Communication lacking
I inquired this week about a vehicle the dealership had listed online. I live on the west side of Cleveland (2 hours away) and explained I would not be able to visit for a couple of days due to my work schedule. I told him I would be there Saturday morning and explicitly asked him to notify me if the car sold beforehand. This morning my daughter and I showed up at 9:00am but unfortunately, the car had been sold the day before. All we received was a "sorry, I was getting ready to call you". 4.5 hours round trip for nothing....and my only day off for the entire week. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
