We have bought two new Toyotas from Lance in two years. Both have been great experiences, and straight forward fair deals! We really appreciate how he listens to what the customer wants. And is very knowledgable about the vehicles.

Always a great experience!
I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Palmiero Toyota and have always been treated in a first rate manner. Chad and Shaun did a fantastic job for me. I needed a vehicle right away and within an an hour or two I was driving away a very satisfied customer with my Sienna Van. Palmiero cares about potential clients
Palmiero group was very friendly. Salesman Chad Adams was professional in dealing with us and in our quest to get just the right vehicle. He notified us when a vehicle arrived that he thought would be just right. We came to Palmiero and Mr. Adams promptly showed us all features of the car and then took us for a test drive. No pressure. Told him we needed time to think about it. We then called with our decision to purchase it. Chad Adams guided us to the office personnel man prepared all paperwork as well as checking interest rates.

Toyota camry

Fantastic
Palmerio wad a great place to work with when buying a vehicle. Chad did a wonderful job explaining to us car features and helping break down the numbers. Our service was very prompt and everyone seemed to be on their A game. I would highly recommend Chad at palmerio.

2015 Rav 4
My fiance and I are a young couplr that came in ready to sign for a car that wasn't what we ended up leaving with. We dealt with both Chad and a little of Michelle, and we couldn't be happier with our RAV4. Palmiero treated us like any other customer, when a couple other dealerships dismissed us because of our age. My whole family shops from Palmiero, none of us have ever had a bad experience, and I will definitely be returning.

2018 rav xle hybrid
This is the second toyota we've purchased from Palmiero and our second RAV4. We don't buy a lot of cars but when we do we prefer this dealer because of how little pressure they put on you and their service department is honest and fair. You are almost treated like family. Allison ( the owner) is always walking around and is almost always available if you need to talk with her. I'm sure if we're still in the area when we need another car we will be back.
