timely service,,impressive waiting area

was greeted with an introduction of the service countermans name, they told me how long it would take, and they were within 10 mins of time frame. Ben wentover whole checklist that they did.

The people were just great to work with and would love to buy more from there.plus send my friends to buy cars too.

very clean facility good coffee to

i had to cancel several appts due conflicts but i must say they were very understanding i finally did take it to superior motors and was completely satisfied everyone was great it took a little while because i had it inspected as well as the 15000 mile checkup it was a pleasant experience

outstanding service

All of the team members at Superior were very friendly and pleasing. The work on my vehicle was very fast, and they thoroughly looked my car over and fixed the problem. Also they didn't try to make money off me like alot of garages do, but diagnosing nom existing problems. Technician John Heynoski did an outstanding job!!! Extremely hard worker!

Great Service Department

There were multiple things; 1.) The ease of pulling into a covered garage with the vehicle so that you're never out in the elements, even dropping off the vehicle. 2.) The comforts of the waiting room. Having bottled water, a snack and coffee available to me was a valuable way to make the 45 minutes it took for my oil change to pass by quicker. 3.) Free wifi - this is absolutely essential for a business person on the run and makes your dealership stand out far more than any other repair shop in the area. 4.) The courtesy of the service advisor whom I spoke with. Reviewed the vehicle overall condition as well as the specificed service that was completed (oil and filter change) and was attentive to anything that the vehicle may need currently, and down the road. 5.) The ability to walk in and schedule an appointment for the same day. 6.) The Job being done right for the first time, the first visit and being inline with the original estimate.

friendliness and knowledge of staff; comfort of waiting room that provides coffee, water & popcorn; shuttle service is wonderful; clean restrooms for both the women & men

Very friendly salesman ,good negotiation of prices

efficient service.salesman tom was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was very friendly while helping us with our second vehicle purchase from superior.

Professional staff, fast and on-time service

Ready for me when I arrived. Services delivered as promised. Treated in a professional yet friendly manner. I'm always glad to see that Matt Grabowski will be registering me. I trust what he says. He is a great repesentative for the company.

Best Place to Buy A Car

The staff is so friendly and helpful. This was my second time buying a new car from Superior and while other dealerships wouldn't even try to help me get into a new car -- Superior cared about my situation and really went above and beyond to help me with my new car purchase. I will never purchase a car from any other dealership. Thank you for everything over the years -- keep up the great work!!
