Bobby Rahal Toyota

We had previously purchased a Prius from Rahal and have an older 4Runner. The service department takes care of both and does an excellent job. However, we are looking to replace our 4Runner and on 2 trips to the showroom have yet to interact with a salesperson. Not even "good afternoon, how can I help you?" On our last trip, three salesmen were sitting together in the middle of the show room and were too busy shooting the breeze to get up and talk to us. Even after I opened the car doors and lift gate and moved the seats to access the 3rd row. I guess it's up to the customers to seek out the salesmen and force our money on them. I will be buying elsewhere.

When I was in the market for a car to replace my 12 year old Camry, my first thought was Bobby Rahal beacause they have always trested me fairly and professionally in the past. They did a great job to help me determine my needs and suggested viable options. I did not hesitate to finalize my purchase of a RAV4 with them. It's important to me to feel comfortable with the sales staff in a an open and fair business environment.

I have been purchasing cars and trucks for my family in central PA for over 25 years and no dealership has even come close to approaching the quality and honesty of the Rayhal Organization. I recently had some warranty work done on my care that was done quickly, pleasantly and I was provided a loaner car during the time my car was in the shop. I have purchased several cars and trucks from Rayhal. Some have been new and some have been certified used cars. All have performed well and Rayhal stood behind their work and their warranty when there were warranty issues. They did what they promised and delivered for the customer. I have unfortunately had less that "great" experiences with other central PA dealerships, some that promised great service after the sale, but could not always deliver. You get what you pay for when it comes to vehicle purchases, but choose your dealership wisely, or you will be sorry for your costly mistake. For my money, I'm sticking with Bobby Rahal.

Unsurpassed service and integrity. Purchased six cars from them since 1996. Was always quoted a fair price, and there were no hidden "add ons" upon completion of the sale. Sales people, sevice writers, service manager and service technicians have alway been courteous and helpful.

I've tried buying two vehicles from this dealership b/c it is the closest located to my house. They are very arrogant and do NOT like to deal at all. They act like they are doing you a favor for selling the cars. I have taken my car there for service and b/c I didn't buy it there they are not very helpful for warranty work. I'd stay away from them.
