The service was average.
The service was average. On my first visit, I was given a video, an explanation, and detailed work. This time, they only took the car, kept me waiting, and then handed over the invoice without providing any information about the part or showing the replacement part. Communication and transparency were lacking.

Great communication via text.
Great communication via text. Labor rates are astronomical but it was done quickly and right. Two hours of labor was 739 dollars. That is nuts.

The service managers are knowledgeable.
The service managers are knowledgeable. The manager estimated about an hour to perform the requested services. The waiting area was spacious and clean. Within the hour my vehicle was ready to go.

Required state inspection. Vehicle was due 25,000 mile service. Service representative kept me posted on progress via text. Work was completed within the estimated time (actually was early).
