My husband and I were visiting the town for the weekend and unfortunately was caught in a bit of snow. I missed having a Jeep and decided to google and found this amazing dealership. If you’re looking for excellent customer service go and ask for Jonathan, he was exceptional and made us feel welcoming and comfortable. The whole experience from the beginning to end was fantastic. Ran into an issue on a Friday night called them on Saturday morning and they took me right in and discovered my problem. It was a power steering fluid hose had ruptured. They were able to get the parts and fix my car and I am up and running once again. Everyone was so nice and helping me with my car they were very communicative and kept me informed as to what was wrong. Thank you team

Shively has a great staff! Sales people do not pressure you (Brian) and Dave in the repair shop explains everything completely.
