Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service. I was told over the phone that my service would take approximately one hour but when I arrived, the rep told me probably two hours. It was 1 hour 45 minutes. He was correct.

About 20 years ago Ed Morse Delray Toyota messed up my car and even put some unknown owner's radiator onto my car, I was even being charged for hundreds of dollars. So I left Delray Toyota for a long time. I came back because Scott was working here (coming from Coral Springs). Now Scott passed away, I got a lady called Casey. She is new to me, so I am still testing the water to see how it goes. Yesterday she did a very good job, I would say I rated her 10 out of 10. But the past experience had totally ruined Delray Toyota's name badly. I would say if anyone had experienced like my case, they would definitely put Delray Toyota on the black list forever.
