Four years ago, I had my A/C lines replaced.

Four years ago, I had my A/C lines replaced. This year, the lines needed to be replaced again. When the lines were replaced the first time, the technician never put the lines in the brackets. This caused the lines to rub on the frame causing holes in the lines. After the lines were replaced a couple weeks ago, the lines were inspected by my husband to make sure the lines were installed correctly and not rubbing. Only one line was held on by the bracket. There were lines that were rubbing AGAIN on the frame. After taking the car in AGAIN to have to lines installed correctly, the lines were inspected AGAIN. There is still one line in the bracket and the technician supposedly “added rubber around the lines” that were close to the frame. The technician cut a rubber tube and placed around the lines. Highly disappointed in the service and will not be going back. I have been treated very horribly every time I go to this service department and told that I do not know what I am talking about only to be told that I was correctly. Ridiculous that I had to pay for this service when the job was not even done correctly.

Insurance card missing after picking vehicle back up.

Insurance card missing after picking vehicle back up. Tech was not very kind to my husband when he called in to question why an emissions was done on my vehicle when it was not inspected. Assuming because my inspections are free but they want the money for the emissions.

Good morning! Just to clarify a few things: the emissions test must be done first in Pennsylvania. So that's why the emissions sticker was replaced first. Secondly, we couldn't replace the inspection sticker due to the illegal windshield tint, which we explained to you. In order to pass inspection, it would need removed or changed to an acceptable legal level. If it had been changed, we could have put the legal Pa inspection sticker on. Even if a tech here had passed it before, as you profusely stated, the tech that got it this time was simply following his interpretation of the law and chose to not pass it due to the tint. I'm terribly sorry your insurance card was not returned properly. I wish we would have known that day, I would have gladly called your agent/company and requested one be faxed to us on your behalf. Please reach out if you have any further questions!

All personnel was courteous and friendly. The waiting area was very clean and a nice inviting atmosphere. Service was prompt and when done my vehicle was washed before being returned to me.?
