Toyota Highlander Hybrid Purchase
Purchased a 2023 Highlander Hybrid Limited and the salesman Kyle Reigle did a great job by reserving the vehicle and contacting me when it was arriving at the dealership. When picking up, Kyle reviewed all aspects of the vehicle and set up Apple Car Play for my phone and my wife’s phone. This is my first purchase from an Alexander dealership and it lived up to the exceptional reputation that they have developed as an organization. I will be back for my next purchase!

People want a deposit on the vehicle.
People want a deposit on the vehicle. I live 1 and a half hours from its location. Asked me to keep checking back to see if sold or not. A scam to get someone to put a deposit down quickly. Typical used car lot with a typical used car salesman.

Patient Not Pushy
Just purchased my first new car..2023 Highlander hybrid! The experience was positive from start to finish. Zane Smith, our salesman was informative, helpful and laid back, not pushy.
